RESEARCH INTERESTS

Petrogenesis of igneous and metamorphic rocks and its relevance in understanding magmatism, regional tectonics, and the genesis of mineral deposits in geodynamic environments of subduction and lithospheric rupture. Knowledge and experience in petrography, geochemistry, isotopes, geochronology, geothermobarometry, thermochronology, and structural geology. Application of mineralogical tools to address challenges in mining and environmental issues.
