I work as a PhD student in the project “A cross-scale approach to assess the impact of multiple stressors on biodiversity”. The project is carried out in cooperation with the Netherlands Organization for applied scientific research (TNO) and with the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). In this research project we aim at quantifying the impacts of various pressures, such as land use, hypoxia and chemical pollution, on the diversity of vascular plants and freshwater fish at local, regional and global scale.
