**Eligibility criteria for Elementary school teacher are (i) a pay stub, (ii) employment contract, OR (iii) a declaration from the educational institution.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment is required at the time of registration. It should be made in R$ only, using one of the following methods:

1. Credit card (Visa, Master/Eurocard, American Express);
2. Bank payment slip/PIX (only for Brazilian payments).

The above mentioned rates include:

REFUND POLICIES

  • Until March 05, 2024, 23:59 BRT Time, 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded
  • After March 5th ....................... No refund for cancellation or withdrawal request.

To request a cancellation or a refund, please send your request to registration@sil2024.org providing the registrant's full name, CPF/Passport, and bank details.

Attention: The refund will only be made to the congress attendee's current account.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- For pre-registered attendees, we ask thay you to access the participant area using your CPF/Passport and password and check the STATUS of your registration. Your status must read CONFIRMED. Check that all your payments are current, that you have chosen the courses you are interested in, and that all your registration information is correct. We also ask that you have your registration code and/or CPF number at hand to expedite service.

- Participants who cannot attend the event, but wish for their material to be retrieved someone else, must make a declaration authorizing the pick up. This document must be brought printed and with the original signature (informing the full name of the participant who will not be coming, their CPF/Passport, and the full name of the person authorized to pick up the material).

- Each participant will receive an identification badge. It is personal and non-transferable. Only this badge will provide the participant with access to the congress activities. If an participant loses, misplaces or forgets the name badge, a handling fee of R$ 200 will be charged for a new badge.

- THE EVENT WILL FOLLOW THE SANITATION RULES DEFINED BY THE MUNICIPALITY, STATE AND/OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF ITS REALIZATION.
